Super Easy Gluten-Free Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
1 slice gluten free bread of choice (thick slices are best & Franz brand is a great grocery store option)
1 egg (Omit if egg sensitive/see substitutions below)
1/4 avocado
Dash of sea salt (I love Maine Made Sea Salt with Sea Veg/Naturally Iodized)
Directions:
Oil cooking pan
Crack the egg and cook each side for approx. 1.5 minutes until white is opaque
Pop the bread into the toaster
Mash the avocado
Spread avocado over toast
Add a dash of salt
Place egg on top of avocado
Add more salt, pepper or any of your favorite spices
Substitute bacon, turkey bacon or lunch meat instead of egg for additional protein sources
