Super Easy Cashew Sour Cream (Non-Dairy)

1 cup raw cashews (must be raw or can end up too salty)
Soak cashews for at least 4 hours
1-2 TBS lemon juice
3/4 tsp apple cider vinegar (I like to use Braggs)
1-2 tsp of sea salt (I like mine salty and leave room for preference)
Blend all the ingredients until creamy
Refrigerate until cool
Enjoy!
